What are the artwork setup charges?

There are no artwork setup fees. However, if you request an original design to be created by our in-house graphics department or if you require numerous revisions and updates of your own artwork, you may be charged an additional hourly fee. We will not charge any fees without your knowledge.

What information is contained on the back of the card?

We print standard language on the back of the card, but we can also include information about your business such as company name, address, phone number, hours of operation and more! (See the sample card to the right.)

How do I get a proof?

We will email you a preproduction proof once your Service Agreement and artwork are received.

Are there any cancellation charges?

No, there are no cancellation fees nor long-term contracts. The service we provide your business is month-to-month with the idea in mind that if this program works for your business, you will continue to use it for a long time to come!

What is pooling and is it supported?

Yes, pooling is supported. Pooling is the debiting and crediting of funds among various locations of a corporate gift card program. When a card is activated at Location A and redeemed at Location B, Location A has taken in the funds from the card activation and B has sold products or services after redeeming value on the card. We debit Location A for the amount of sale that Location B redeemed and needs to be funded for.

What terminals do you support?

We support 95% of all POS equipment in the market today and work with the top brands, such as VeriFone, Nurit, Hypercom, DataCap, and MICROS. We also have a virtual terminal (an online processing gateway).

Where can I check my balance?

Card balances can be checked 24/7 at http://cardbalance.info or by calling our Interactive Voice Response phone number at (877) 643-8225.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is added to all orders at the time of processing and is at a pass-through from our shipping company (UPS/FedEx).

When will I be billed?

We will debit your account or charge your credit card once the proof is approved. After the proof is approved, all sales are final and no changes can be made because the cards will be cued for production at the printer. Cards will arrive within 10-15 business days. During peak times for gift card orders (holidays), please add 5 days to card delivery time. Rush orders are available for $100 per 500 cards, minimum $100 per order.
